Our Services
Dr Fiona Anderson uses a variety of techniques to get the best outcome for you. Manual chiropractic adjusting, activator, soft tissue techniques, cranials, NET, Drop Piece and Blocks are just a few. Treatment is tailored to each individuals needs and preferences to help you reach your health goals. We take a whole body approach. Everything is connected, dysfunction in one region of the body can effect others, the way you walk can effect the function of your low back just as dyfunction in the neck and shoulders can effect headaches. Because of this we examine and treat the whole body at each visit. Having separate visits for different parts of the body can slow and/or complicate your recovery.

Chiropractic
Manual adjustments, Activator, Drop piece, Blocks, extremity adjustments can all be used to improve the motion of spinal segments and joints of your body. This improves your brains communication with your body and the world around you.

Soft Tissue Techniques
Most Chiropractors work by only adjusting the joints. At Kilmore Family Chiropractic we find that by addressing both the joints and muscles and getting them working better together problems improve more quickly and last longer. Gentle massage, trigger point therapy and PNF stretching are just a few techniques used to accomplish this.

Cranial Therapy
In Cranial Therapy the practictioner works with the bones of the skull to relieve tension in the head, neck and deeper tissues surrounding the brain and spinal cord. This can be helpful in treating headaches, migraines, sinus issues, TMJ and jaw disfunction as well as persistant ear problems and neck tension.

Paediatric Care
Reasons for a child to see a chiropractor may include; difficulty turning their head freely to both sides, concerns about headshape, postural asymmetries, growth and development, feeding and attachment issues, settling or sleeping challenges and digestive disturbances such as colic and constipation. Your baby's arrival into the world is an incredible journey... sometimes smooth, sometimes more challenging. this can be the first cause of issues in you childs spine. Dr Fiona Anderson has completed post graduate studies in paediatrics and continually updates her training to give your little one the most up-to-date effective care.
